The "Packaging Quality Control" is a central service in the set of services that Invio home offers to its customers. This is a fundamental operating procedure for companies that operate above all in the e-commerce sector and need timely and controlled deliveries to minimize returns and disputes.

The process foresees that, when the goods arrive at the Home Sending Hubs, a check is performed on the unloading packages, through a visual check by the staff in charge, in order to detect any anomalies or damage to the packaging or the cartons.
In the event of damage to the enclosures or insufficient packaging, the personnel will acquire photographic documentation and immediately notify the client.
In this way, criteria for repacking the goods to be made before delivery are defined.
